African dance has always been an integral element of African society. People danced to celebrate festivals or funerals, to encounter gods or to honor queens or kings. Nowadays African dance is highly popular and performed in various dance scenes and festivals. Vibrating, expressive body movements call to join the crowd and express yourself. Drums tell the rhythm, the mood and the energy of every dance. Flow with the rhythm of drum beats and feel our heartbeat!
BIOGRAPHY
Nihaila de Palm has been a dancer at MOVES! for many years. She performed as member as the adult show team and with Afrokikos. Later she became and still is teacher in Afro Dance and coach for Da Moves Crew.
